Our Vision
Supporting a domestic violence shelter in acquiring a building to house women and children survivors is a powerful investment in safety, healing, and community transformation. Many survivors of domestic violence flee abusive situations with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and a dedicated shelter provides them with the immediate protection they desperately need. A permanent, secure facility will offer not only a safe space but also the stability necessary for survivors to begin rebuilding their lives. It will allow the shelter to expand its services, from housing and essential care to counseling, job training, and legal support, ensuring that women and children have the resources to move forward with dignity and hope. By contributing to the acquisition of this building, you are helping to create a safe haven where survivors can reclaim their independence and start new, violence-free lives.

We’re raising $1 million to acquire two new buildings to double our number of shelter beds. With your support, we will create 19 new ADA compliant apartments dedicated to victim-survivors and their children, totaling 58 beds, providing diverse accommodations for survivors of all genders, sexualities, and abilities.
