- Safe Haven Housing Development
Advancing our mission to secure and establish a dedicated transitional housing facility where women and their children can heal safely and begin again. - Healing & Wellness Programs
Trauma-informed care, mental health support, and holistic healing services designed to nurture emotional, physical, and spiritual restoration. - Economic Empowerment & Workforce Readiness
Job training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship opportunities—including pathways connected to purpose-driven businesses—to help women reclaim independence. - Youth Support & Enrichment
Safe, supportive programming for children that focuses on stability, education, and emotional well-being. - Community Outreach & Advocacy
Expanding awareness, prevention education, and partnerships to break cycles of violence and build stronger, safer communities. - Emergency Support Services

Service Provided:
2,000 kits including soap, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products and more.
1,000 women and children received new or gently used coats.
Community Lunches & Dinner
2,000 meals served at community events.
Holiday Dinners
Over 300 unhoused individuals received a hot warm meal.

We want to reach our goal of $25,000 dollars to provide emergency housing while offering vital resources and services to women and children in need.

Founder
In 2020, La Toya Tenner a Bay Area Native, opened Love Thy Woman Foundation Incorporated. While in the midst of the pandemic she sought out resources to help women seeking assistance. Seeing that there were a limited few, she decided to create a safe haven for women and children survivors experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic violence abuse.
